PapayaFlow is a chatbot builder and AI automation platform designed to help businesses create, manage, and automate customer conversations and workflows.
We believe customers should have the opportunity to explore our platform before making a purchase. Therefore, we offer a 7-day free trial to help users evaluate our features and determine whether PapayaFlow meets their requirements.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains our rules regarding free trials, subscription payments, refunds, and cancellations.
By purchasing a paid subscription, you agree to this policy, subject to applicable law.
2. Seven-Day Free Trial
PapayaFlow offers a 7-day free trial, allowing new users to explore available platform features before purchasing a paid subscription.
During the trial period:
- Users can evaluate the platform and its available features.
- Certain features or usage may be subject to trial limitations.
- Users can decide whether the platform meets their business requirements.
- Users are not required to purchase a subscription to continue beyond the trial period.
After the free trial expires, users must purchase an applicable paid subscription to continue accessing paid features.
3. No Refund Policy
All subscription payments made to PapayaFlow are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Because we provide a 7-day free trial to evaluate the platform before purchasing, we do not ordinarily offer refunds after a successful payment.
This policy applies to:
- Monthly subscription payments.
- Annual subscription payments.
- Subscription renewals.
- Subscription upgrades.
- Other paid plans or services, unless otherwise expressly stated.
Refunds are not ordinarily provided for:
- Change of mind after purchasing.
- Failure to use the platform after payment.
- Accidental purchases or subscription renewals.
- Partial usage of a billing period.
- Unused subscription time.
- Dissatisfaction with features that were available for evaluation during the free trial.
4. Cancel Your Subscription Anytime
PapayaFlow offers subscriptions with no long-term lock-in period or minimum commitment beyond the billing period purchased.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
When you cancel:
- Your subscription will not renew for the next billing period.
- No further recurring subscription payments will be charged after cancellation takes effect, except any outstanding charges already authorized or legally payable.
- You may continue using paid features until the end of your current paid billing period.
- Your subscription will not be refunded for the remaining unused period.
If you purchase a monthly subscription and cancel after 10 days, your paid access will continue until the end of that monthly billing cycle. Your subscription will not renew automatically.
The same principle applies to annual subscriptions.
5. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription by:
- Signing in at https://app.papayaflow.com.
- Opening your account's subscription or billing settings, where cancellation is available.
- Selecting the cancellation option and following the instructions.
Alternatively, you may request cancellation by contacting info@papayaflow.com from your registered email address.
Please submit cancellation requests before your next scheduled renewal to avoid an additional billing cycle.
Cancellation becomes effective once confirmed by PapayaFlow or its authorized payment processor.
6. Subscription Renewals
Where you have authorized automatic renewal, your subscription will renew according to your selected billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
You are responsible for reviewing your subscription details and renewal dates.
We recommend canceling your subscription before the next renewal if you do not wish to continue using PapayaFlow.
Once a renewal payment has been successfully processed, it is generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
7. Failed Payments and Duplicate Charges
If a subscription payment fails, access to certain paid features may be restricted until the payment issue is resolved.
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same transaction, or an unauthorized payment has occurred, please contact us at info@papayaflow.com.
We will review the transaction and, where appropriate, arrange a correction or refund.
Duplicate charges, billing errors, and unauthorized transactions are handled separately from ordinary subscription refund requests.
8. Service Issues and Exceptional Circumstances
We aim to provide a reliable platform, but occasional technical issues or temporary interruptions may occur.
If you experience a significant service issue, please contact our support team.
We will investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, taking into account the nature of the problem, our contractual obligations, and applicable law.
Any legally required refund or remedy will be provided notwithstanding our general no-refund policy.
9. Account Deletion After Cancellation
Canceling your subscription does not automatically delete your PapayaFlow account.
After your paid subscription expires, access to certain features may become restricted.
You may request account deletion or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting info@papayaflow.com.
Data retention and deletion are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We recommend exporting important information before requesting account deletion.
10. Changes to This Policy
PapayaFlow reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date.
Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
Changes will not override rights or contractual commitments that cannot legally be modified.
